To prepare for your appointment, we have provided a convenient secure online health information form. By providing us with your health information beforehand you will save time and allow more time for your dental needs with the doctor and staff. Your information is secure and is only viewed and kept by our office.

 

Our Practice

Our office is hours are Monday and Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed every Friday.

Our dental practice is conveniently located at 900 N. Taylor St. Suite 150 in Arlington, Virginia near the Ballston Common Mall and Metro at Ballston / Marymount University on the Orange Metro Line. We are accessible from Route 66, 395, Glebe Rd., Fairfax Dr. and Wilson Blvd. We validate parking for one hour in the NRECA building adjacent to ours. Or, metered parking is also available directly in front of our office with an Easy Pay box which accepts credit and debit cards or coins. The charge for the metered parking is $1 per hour with a 2-hour time limit.
