At Ballston Dental Arts, we believe in providing many different financial options to make restoring your health affordable.  We feel it is wrong to plan treatment for our patients based on insurance coverage. We value our relationship with you and commit to providing you with the latest research and information available, payment options and any guidance we can, as you make the best decision for you and your health.  Our relationship and commitment is to you and you alone. You, your health and your delight in the services we provide matter to us! Because of this commitment to you, we do request that you pay for services when they are rendered or at the time of treatment presentation. We offer a bookkeeping discount of 5% for full payment at presentation which saves our patients money!  We also offer monthly payment plan options.  Our financing arrangements can allow you to pay off the cost of procedures over 3 months to 6 years- with convenient, low monthly payments!!!

We are happy to assist you with maximizing your dental insurance. Sometimes dental insurance can seem confusing or foreign to our patients.  We are here to help with explaining your policies, coverage and benefits. In order to help our patients in understanding how we work with dental insurance claims, we have included a step-by-step guide.  We hope this will enable you to receive timely payments.  Please know we are always available to assist you or answer any questions.

Step 1:   You provide us with your dental card and filing information.

Step 2:   We work together to determine which financial arrangement works best for you.

Step 3:   We provide truly excellent dentistry and patient service. We file an electronic dental claim on your behalf to your insurance company.  Electronic filing helps you to receive payment even faster!

Step 4: You can call or check the insurance website to verify your claim was received if you have not been paid within 5 days of your appointment date and call our Financial Coordinator for help with any follow-up.

Step 5:  When you receive the check from your insurance company, all you have to do is CASH it!
